Return Policy

Full Price Garments: Full price garments unworn with tags attached will receive an option to exchange or receive a store credit within 10 days of purchase.

Condition: Merchandise must be unworn, unused, unstained, undamaged, unwashed, unaltered, odor free - with original tags attached and intact and in original packaging. We are not responsible for items damaged by the customer during the washing/drying process, nor for items that are damaged during wear. 

Shoe Returns: Shoes must be returned in the original shoe box and the shoe box packed in a shipping box. Shoes returned in bags or with markings, stickers, address info., etc. on the shoe box or missing the original shoe box will not be accepted.

Final Sale Policy: Certain items are Final Sale and CANNOT be exchanged/returned. These include: sale items, face masks, hair accessories, hats, books, toys and socks/tights, and beauty products.

Store Credits: Please allow 1-5 business days for your store credit to arrive via email.

Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are not refundable. If returned, orders originally shipped with complimentary shipping will have regular shipping charges deducted from the return credit.

***If our system identifies an unreasonable return pattern, we may restrict or refuse future transactions from such customers.***

TO MAKE A RETURN: Ensure your items are eligible for return and meet the requirements for timeframe and condition outlined above. If so, then:

Enclose a copy of the original sales receipt or order confirmation email or shipping confirmation email, and mark the items being returned.

Write your order number on the outside of the shipping box.

Returns that meet the requirements for timeframe and condition are processed 1-5 business days after they are received.

Returns that do not meet the requirements outlined above will not be refunded/credited.
